As the Israeli army slaughters, starves, confines and displaces millions in Gaza, here is a new list of the signatories to the Common Declaration calling on Government to suspend diplomatic ties so as to make a ceasefire urgent and necessary. There are now 17 organizations (including three nurses’ unions, reflecting the empathy engendered by the suffering as hospitals are targeted by the Israeli army) and 40 individuals. Our country must suspend diplomatic ties with Israel now!
This, if it happens everywhere, will make a ceasefire urgent and necessary,
and will, therefore, save the lives of many Palestinian children, women and all people living in Gaza.
