The book provides a fine set of arguments for change in the law on sexual assault, prepared by the members of the Muvman Liberasyon Fam. The 160-page book was launched in hard copy this week and is entitled, Sexual Assault is Assault. The book has been brought out just as the MSM-ML Government, in the last few months of its mandate, prepares to amend the archaic laws on sexual assault that date back to the Napoleonic Code and are thoroughly feudal.
